Job Description
As the CI Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Using data to identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Developing and monitoring key performance indicators to track progress and success.
- Leading and facilitating cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects.
- Providing training and guidance to staff on CI tools and methodologies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to align CI initiatives with business objectives.
- Reporting on project outcomes and recommending next steps for sustained improvements.
The Successful Applicant
The successful CI Engineer should have:
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency within the FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
