Durham Diocesan Board of Finance (DDBF) is seeking a Church Planting Enabler to join the Growing Churches team. The role focuses on enabling parish revitalisation and establishing new worshiping communities, with a key emphasis on supporting leaders and communities across the diocese.

The post is full time (35 hours per week) on a fixed term for three years, based at the Diocesan Office in Durham, with travel around the Diocese. 35,461£ starting salary with pension contributions.

Formación

• Experience in church planting or mission work preferred.
• Able to coach church leaders and staff toward growth.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Growing Churches Strategic Lead in developing church-planting and multiplication strategies.
• Build relationships with parishes and deaneries through visits and Learning Communities.
• Provide coaching to clergy and lay leaders for healthy culture and growth.
• Collaborate with the MDM team to identify opportunities for church planting and revitalisation.
• Coordinate parish revitalisation projects and monitor progress.
• Prepare reports and progress updates for programme boards.
• Contribute to training and learning activities within the team.
