You will be part of Scotland’s leading charity providing support to people with chest, heart, stroke, and long COVID conditions to live life to the full again. Our services form a nationwide network of local support groups, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and one-to-one support teams helping families adjust to living with these conditions.
The Advice Line Practitioner provides confidential, independent information, advice, and support to people affected by these conditions, their families, carers, and healthcare professionals.
We seek an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated individual with good communication skills. Candidates must have a first-level general nursing qualification or equivalent healthcare professional registration and a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in hospital or community settings, working with affected individuals.
