Overview

The ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Service within Specialist Rehabilitation provides multidisciplinary specialist assessment and interventions for adults with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Long Covid fatigue.

The post holder will provide assessment, individual and group interventions. Interventions can be face to face, via Attend Anywhere or on the telephone for individual sessions.

To plan, deliver and evaluate the assessment and treatment of patients with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and fatigue related to Long Covid, in collaboration with the ME/CFS Team Leader and other team members.

To work collaboratively with other services within the Trust, and to specifically adopt close working relationships with other services within Specialist Rehabilitation.

To provide supervision and teaching for more junior staff, assistants and students.
