Key Duties

• Manage a well-organized patient list with a manageable workload.
• Provide care for patients with chronic diseases.
• Work within a supportive team of clinical and clerical staff.

The practice is flexible to accommodate joining for 3, 4, or 5 days per week, with a full-time contract for a patient base of just over 15,000 patients.
