Overview:

We are offering a casual position for Christmas Waiting Staff. The primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service by serving food and drinks at our concessions outlets.

Hours of work:

This position is on a casual basis with no guaranteed hours. Although the role is for the Christmas period, you can pick up shifts afterwards. Shifts are flexible and may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Pay rates start from £11.44 per hour (including holiday pay) and increase to £12.82 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to all guests at CBS Arena
• Serving food and drinks to guests
• Interacting with customers professionally and courteously
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas
• Taking orders and processing transactions
• Clearing and resetting tables and buffet stations
• Preparing areas for service
• Adhering to policies regarding Cash Handling, Stock Management, Health & Safety, and Food Safety

• Hardworking, punctual, and reliable
• Well-presented, articulate, organized, and friendly
• Confident in engaging with new people
• Previous experience in busy bar or restaurant environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
