A luxury department store is seeking a Christmas Temporary Bartender to join their team. The role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining environment, working flexibly to support guests and colleagues alike. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of service standards and mixology techniques, ensuring a unique experience for customers. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Bartender and Bar Manager to achieve commercial goals and deliver an outstanding guest experience. With a strong focus on daily operational excellence, you’ll play a key part in creating a world-class bar experience while supporting the team in achieving Harrods’ shared objectives.
You will have a great understanding of the level of service that is expected in a fine dining environment. You are also reliable and work well in a team, being a good listener and supporting others.
You are an excellent communicator and you can motivate your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the operation maintaining company standards at all times. You have excellent organisational skills, customer service focused and able to work at pace whilst remaining calm and self-assured at all times.
