Job summary

Nightcap PLC is seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused staff for the festive season at Gloria-branded venues. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver drinks and food while maintaining a vibrant, clean seating area. The role supports special events and brunches with a lively, team-oriented atmosphere.

Flexible part-time shifts including nights, weekends and holidays are available. Training will be provided, with opportunities to enjoy staff discounts and a family-friendly Christmas

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and a guest-focused approach.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
• Serve drinks and food to guests on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organised seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
• Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
• Support the team with event setups, including Christmas parties, themed nights, and special events.
• Creating magic moments for guests by going the extra mile and spreading holiday cheer.

• Creating magic moments for guests by going the extra mile. A positive attitude and a passion for providing a magical guest experience.
• Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or customer service is a plus, but full training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
