Job summary

Nightcap PLC is seeking a Floortender for Gloria-branded venues in the UK. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks and food, and help maintain a vibrant, guest-focused floor environment through brunch and all-night service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
• Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
• Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
• Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.
