Job summary

Urban Planters are seeking seasonal temporary Christmas operatives to support festive decorations in the North East. You will help prepare orders, assemble trees, garlands and wreaths, and assist with loading/unloading of vans at client premises.

Commitment to about 40 hours per week is required, with flexible shift days and times. We offer training, a friendly team environment and opportunities for ongoing roles within the Rentokil Initial family.

Qualifications

• Interest and passion for Christmas
• Good organisational skills and proactive working
• Excellent communication & people skills to deliver great customer service to our clients
• Be able to work in an ever changing environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Team player
• Clean UK full driving licence is preferable but not essential
• Able to adapt to changing working days and hours where necessary

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders to client specifications prior to installs
• During the Christmas install period - be part of a team working to assemble and decorate Christmas trees, wreaths and garlands.
• Assist with loading and unloading of vans
• Post seasonal period - Help with collections of installs from client premises
• We are looking for staff who can commit to at least 40 hrs per week during the festive period and flexibility on shift days and start/finish times
