Job summary

Urban Planters, part of the Rentokil Initial Family, is recruiting Seasonal temporary Christmas operatives to support festive decoration installs across the North East. The role requires preparing orders to client specifications and helping assemble and decorate Christmas trees, wreaths and garlands at various client sites.

Successful candidates will be flexible, able to work evenings and weekends, with good organisational and communication skills, and a clean UK driving licence is preferable

Qualifications

• Interest and passion for Christmas.
• Good organisational skills and proactive working.
• Excellent communication & people skills to deliver great customer service.
• Be able to work in an ever changing environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player.
• Clean UK full driving licence preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders to client specifications prior to installs.
• During the Christmas install period - assist with assembling and decorating trees, wreaths and garlands at client premises.
• Assist with loading and unloading of vans.
• Post seasonal period - help with collections of installs from client premises.
• Commit to at least 40 hrs per week during the festive period and flexibility on shift days and times.
