Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operative for Parcelforce during the Christmas season. You will load/unload parcels, move items around the warehouse, and prepare trailers for drivers, all while adhering to safety standards and Royal Mail guidelines.

No prior experience is required, but previous work in similar environments is a plus. Expect a dynamic, team-based role with weekly pay and a chance to be part of a historic service.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; however, experience in similar environments is a bonus.
• Flexibility and comfort in switching between tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg and push loads up to 250kg (with assistance for heavier items).
• Physical fitness and ability to manage long shifts on your feet.
• Motivation, reliability, and readiness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parcels.
• Move parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Sort parcels to correct delivery route and prepare trailers for drivers and onward transport.
• Securely handle all items in the warehouse, including handling specific items in line with Royal Mail standards.
