Job summary

The Perfume Shop is hiring a Christmas Sales Assistant to join our team at Unit 24 Broadwalk Shopping Centre. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and creating memorable experiences.

No previous retail or perfume experience is required; training and support will be provided. You’ll gain a Christmas Commission Scheme, 20% staff discount, wellbeing support, training, and the opportunity for future roles within The Perfume

We're looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our team as a Christmas Sales Assistant. This is a varied and hands‑on role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and creating memorable experiences. You don't need previous retail or perfume experience to apply. If you enjoy helping people and are keen to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Pay Rate: £8.65-£13.50 Contracted Hours: 5

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome every customer and create a positive shopping experience.

What You’ll Bring:

• Comfort working in a busy retail environment and spending time on your feet throughout the day.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts throughout the Christmas trading period, including evenings to support late-night shopping, weekends, Black Friday and Christmas Eve.

Working Pattern:

Our Christmas roles include a variety of shifts across weekdays, evenings and weekends. We'll discuss your availability with you during the recruitment process and do our best to match this with business needs.
