Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking friendly seasonal staff to deliver the Feel-Good Experience. You will welcome customers, help them discover products and surprise them with thoughtful recommendations.

You’ll hit sales targets by telling compelling product stories and encouraging sign-ups as members. You’ll run the till, manage deliveries, and ensure the boutique remains pristine and inviting during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; enthusiasm for customer connection and team play.
• Great eye for detail and care for brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with our signature tea and help them find products.
• Assist customers in choosing and suggesting items they may love.
• Operate the register at checkout and manage deliveries.
• Keep the boutique well-stocked and looking sharp at all times.
• Create attractive product displays to reflect the Rituals brand.
