Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking friendly and professional Customer Support Assistants / Receptionists to provide Christmas cover and ongoing shifts. You will welcome residents and guests, manage the front desk, answer calls and emails, and uphold high standards of service in a welcoming environment across flexible hours including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and professional.

• Reliable and punctual.
• Confident dealing with customers, residents and visitors.
• Calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
• Organised and able to maintain accurate records.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and nights.
• Previous reception, customer service, housing, hospitality or similar experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming residents, visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Managing the reception/front desk.
• Answering telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Providing excellent customer service and support.
• Signing visitors in and out and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitoring access to the building and reporting any concerns.
• Carrying out regular reception, property and area patrols where required.
• Conducting appropriate welfare checks where part of the role.
• Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
• Reporting maintenance, health & safety or safeguarding concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records, logs and shift handovers.
• Liaising with residents, visitors, contractors and colleagues.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming and professional reception area.
• Following company policies, procedures and security protocols.
