Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is hiring a Customer Assistant in Food to be at the frontline of our busy store. You’ll help customers, share product knowledge, and maintain high service standards during peak times, including evenings and weekends.

You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience. Flexibility is essential, shifts vary, and an unsocial premium applies for hours between 22:00–06:00.
