Job summary

Butlin's in Skegness is seeking Christmas Fairground Team Members for our Leisure department in the brand new fairground and soft play. This fixed term, part-time role runs from 1 December 2026 to 1 January 2027, offering an exciting seasonal opportunity to help create smiles for guests.

You will be responsible for safety, checking rides, supervising, enforcing height restrictions, keeping areas tidy, and supporting guests to enjoy their Butlins experience.

This role is fixed term - 1st December 2026 until 1st January 2027

Our fairground teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Leisure department. You will be working in our brand new fairground and soft play.

Working alongside a fantastic team and our buddy systems for new starters, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

As a leisure attendant you're responsible for the safety of every guest who attends our rides and activities, by checking they're secure, supervising at all times, height restrictions along with appropriate guardians when needed, keeping everything tidy and hazard free, inspections and of course making sure everyone is enjoying their Butlins experience.

Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check in line with our safeguarding and recruitment procedures and need to be over 18.
