Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a Christmas Fairground Team Member for the Skegness site in the Leisure department. This is a fixed term, part-time role from 1 December 2026 to 1 January 2027.

You will be part of a brand-new fairground and soft play area, contributing to a fun, safe guest experience. You will work as part of a supportive team with buddy systems for new starters, gaining skills and confidence while ensuring guest safety, compliance with height restrictions, and maintaining a tidy,

This role is fixed term - 1st December 2026 until 1st January 2027

Our fairground teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Leisure department. You will be working in our brand new fairground and soft play.

Working alongside a fantastic team and our buddy systems for new starters, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

As a leisure attendant you're responsible for the safety of every guest who attends our rides and activities, by checking they're secure, supervising at all times, height restrictions along with appropriate guardians when needed, keeping everything tidy and hazard free, inspections and of course making sure everyone is enjoying their Butlins experience.

Key Responsibilities

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things.

Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check in line with our safeguarding and recruitment procedures and need to be over 18.
