About the Opportunity

Do you have what it takes to join our team as one of our Christmas Elves? We are looking for people who love all things Christmas, working with children and will help ensure our customers experience our famous hospitality when visiting us over the festive period!

As a Fenwick Christmas Elf, you will work with us from November through to Christmas Eve and get the chance to surprise and delight our customers all over the store but you will spend most of your time working within our Grotto, enchanting our visitors and making sure everything is spick and span at the beginning and end of each shift and ensuring that you are making every moment special for our customers.

You will be invited to one of our Get to know Fenwick experience days to gain a valuable insight into the role and our business. A theatrical interest is beneficial, as are any additional special talents to bring a smile to small faces, such as dancing, juggling and general silliness.

About the Candidate

We look for warm and welcoming people, who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-orientated to join us on this journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed‿

  • Enthusiasm for a role within our business - Essential

  • A Performing Arts / Theatre background (working or studying) - Desirable

  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • An affinity with the Fenwick brand
