Job summary

Marks & Spencer Group is seeking a Customer Assistant to join the frontline team. You will be at the heart of peak store activity, delivering excellent service, recommending products, and supporting customers with speed and confidence.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience, work as part of a fast-paced team, and adapt to changing store demands with a positive, proactive attitude.
