Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace, recommending and selling our newest food products, and helping customers find what they need.

You’ll thrive in a high-pressure store setting, stay digitally confident with Sparks App and in-store devices, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere while flexibly covering shifts across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Able to stay calm and polite under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using in-store digital tools to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
