Job summary

Marks & Spencer Group is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline of a fast-paced retailer, delivering five-star service and helping customers find the products they want.

You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopper experience while remaining a resilient brand ambassador who upholds store standards. Shifts include evenings and weekends with potential for full-time hours during peak weeks.

• Assist customers with product queries and recommendations in Food section.
• Promote and sell new food products with confident, friendly service.
• Utilise Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with store team across areas to maintain high service standards.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
