Job summary

Furze Hill House Care Home, just outside North Walsham in Norfolk, seeks a Registered Care Manager to lead our team in delivering person-centred care within a loving Christian community. You will oversee care plans, budgets, and relationships with residents and families.

Relocation assistance is available. You will champion our evangelical Christian ethos, develop links with local churches, and ensure high standards of care while supporting staff training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in a residential care home or similar setting.
• A Level 3+ Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the care teams, supporting training and development.
• Oversee care plans and ensure high standards of person-centred care.
• Manage the home's budget and local purchasing.
• Handle complaints professionally and build positive relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues.
• Develop links with local churches and community groups.
• Uphold our evangelical Christian ethos through your leadership and example.
