  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; full driving licence.

CHP Area Manager

Location: South Wales / Manchester / South East (Hybrid working)
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 + Vehicle + Bonus (OTE 60K+)

About the Role:
Lead and manage service teams maintaining CHP units (Jenbacher, MTU, Cummins, Caterpillar) across multiple sites. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain client relationships. Track costs and contract profitability while supporting fault diagnosis on-site and remotely.

Requirements:

  • Qualified engineer with strong mechanical or electrical experience in CHP or large engines
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Skilled technician with gas/diesel engine knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; full driving licence
