Job summary

Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester seeks a Choral Tutor to join its renowned facility. This part-time role focuses on delivering Chetham’s Voices, developing vocal and choral ensembles for talented students aged 8–18, with hours roughly 1.5 hours per week over 6 rehearsal weeks, plus performances.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Choral Tutor with proven pedagogical experience.
• Extensive experience leading choral and vocal ensembles.
• Experience developing students’ holistic musical education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Chetham’s Voices vocal and choral ensembles.
• Coach groups and lead students aged 8–18 to high performance levels.
• Support the education and development of talented young musicians.
