• Plan and run events, manage details, and be present on the day to ensure smooth delivery.
• Nurture new relationships and turn introductions into long-term partnerships.
• Act as the heartbeat of the venue, ensuring a welcoming, professional environment for clients.
• Maintain client information, support account opening and liaise with teams across the organisation.
