Join Our Team as a Shift Leader at Haven!

Come and join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Shift Leader in the Fish and Chips Shop! As part of our Food & Beverage Team, you will:

1. Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all responsibilities are met.
2. Escalate issues to the Brand Manager when required.
3. Induct & support new starters through a 90-day induction and departmental training.
4. Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greeting customers.
5. Work with the team to keep kitchens & dining areas clean and safe, promoting Health & Safety first.
6. Carry out the same day-to-day duties as team members, stepping up as a Shift Leader and deputising in the absence of the Brand Manager.

Pay Rates: £16-17 (age 16-17), £18-20 (age 18-20), £21+ (age 21+), with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience in a supervisory role in fast food, restaurant, or retail environments is preferred. We are looking for:

• Experience working in a supervisory position.
