Job summary

Bennet and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Chiller Engineer to service and maintain a range of water chillers and air-cooled units around the Midlands. A full driving licence and F-gas Cat 1 are required, with on-call and travel time paid.

The role offers a basic salary of £40,000 to £45,000 (DOE), plus a company vehicle (optional personal use), 25 days holiday + BH, and overtime rates. Midlands patch coverage includes data centres, healthcare, and education sites.

Job description

Position: Chiller Engineer
Location: Midlands
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
Chiller Engineer required. Our client specializes in the service & maintenance of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & chiller units throughout the U.K, with multiple offices around the country. Our client is looking for a Chiller Engineer to join their ever-expanding team, to work around their Midlands patch.
The Chiller Engineer will be expected to service & maintain a variety of Water Chillers and air-cooled chillers, as well as some servicing and repair work on air conditioning systems, DX systems and AHU's etc. Sites will vary, including data centres, healthcare sites and educational sites.
The Chiller Engineer will ideally have experience providing service & maintenance to a variety of Chiller units within a commercial / industrial setting and must hold their F-Gas cat 1 as a minimum. The Chiller Engineer will be covering in and around the Midlands area.

Chiller Engineer Position Requirements

• 5+ years' experience servicing Water Chiller units
• Experience carrying out servicing and repair on air conditioning and AHU's
• Based within the Midlands area.
• Full Driving Licence
• F-gas Cat 1

Chiller Engineer Position Remuneration

• Basic Salary of £40,000 to £45,000 (DOE)
• Company Vehicle provided - Optional personal use of Van.
• 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays
• 40 hour working week - plus travel paid, after 30mins each way
• Overtime paid at additional rates - 1.5 & 2x
• On call rota 1 in 10 weeks.
