Job summary

Culina Group Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Chilled & Fresh division. You will load and unload goods, complete inbound and dispatch paperwork, and help ensure products are handled safely and accurately in a temperature-controlled environment. The role focuses on meeting productivity targets, reporting faults, and maintaining HACCP and health & safety standards while supporting Stock Controllers with returns.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment.
• Experience in deadlines and quality-critical environments.
• Good verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning.
• Conscientious and reliable nature.
• Positive 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload product in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
• Complete correct documentation for inbound and dispatch loads.
• Report trailer or MHE faults and manage VOR vehicles.
• Ensure goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.
• Ensure dispatched loads are secured before leaving the loading bay.
• Reach and maintain the standards to meet productivity targets.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policy, SSOWs and HACCP regulations; challenge non-compliance.
• Receive, record and notify returns to the Stock Controller.
