Job summary

Cotteswold Dairy Ltd in Tewkesbury is hiring a Warehouse Operative to connect production to delivery across the UK. You'll work in our brand new chilled warehouse using electric LLOP/PPT tech, picking orders with accuracy and speed to help us get fresh, local dairy to customers nationwide.

You’ll be on a rotating 37.5 hour schedule Mon–Sat with early/late shifts; overtime at 1.25x after 40 hours. Training is provided and progression paths exist toward Team Leader and other roles.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Flexible with shifts and reliable transport to Tewkesbury.
• FMCG/warehouse experience helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and rotate stock for customer orders accurately
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Load and secure orders for dispatch
• Work as part of a fast-moving warehouse team
• Operate PPT/LLOP (training provided)

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Hours: Min. 37.5 hrs, 5 shifts Mon–Sat

• Rota shifts: 07:00–16:30 / 09:00–18:30
• Saturdays: 07:00–16:00 Location: Tewkesbury, M5 Junction 9
• Overtime: 1.25x after 40 hrs
