Morrisons is seeking a proactive product development professional to support all activities across our chilled categories. You will drive the end-to-end EPD and NPD processes, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery.

Based mainly at Greenside site with occasional trips to the Head Office in Bradford and supplier visits. You will analyse category data, benchmark competitors, and collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver best-in-class products.

Formación

• Experience in food/product development is desirable.
• Knowledge of the chilled market and food development processes.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support the concept to launch process.
• Support the NPD Specialist and Manager to deliver the Site Product Development Plan.
• Attend customer research listening groups and debriefs.
• Deliver concise category analysis from trusted data sources.
• Work with operations to ensure chilled products are best in class.
• Collaborate with technical experts to safeguard product quality.
• Ensure products are priced to meet margins and are presented to customers on time.
