Job summary

Müller Severnside is recruiting Coldstore Operatives in the Chill department to manually pack milk into trolleys and move them around the warehouse while keeping the chill area clean and orderly.

This full-time permanent role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2x days / 2x nights, 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am) at Severnside (GL10 2DG). Experience in food manufacturing and teamwork are valued; PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a chilled environment.
• Food manufacturing experience desirable.
• Able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manually pack product into trolleys for despatch to distribution centres.
• Manually pack products into trolleys ensuring products are fit for purpose.
• Operate shrink-wrapping machine.
• Report defects, accidents or violations.
• Transport full and empty trolleys across the chill area.
• Deep clean equipment and trolleys; maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout shifts.
