Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd. is hiring Experienced Warehouse Operatives for a busy chilled distribution centre in Raunds, Northampton. You will work on nights (Tue–Sat) starting 18:00 or 19:00 and finishing around 02:30–03:30, with weekly pay and enhanced weekend rates.

Previous warehouse experience is essential. You must be able to reliably get to work in a chilled environment, with physical stamina for manual handling and stock rotation. Join a team with strong safety and hygiene standards.

We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy chilled distribution centre in Raunds, Northampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who have previous warehouse experience and are looking for consistent work with excellent weekend pay rates.

AVAILABLE SHIFT PATTERNS - NIGHTS ONLY

Tuesday to Saturday 18:00 to 02:30 or 19:00 to 03:30

You must be able to reliably get to work. Please ensure you have suitable transport or travel arrangements in place.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This role is based in a chilled warehouse, so you must be comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment.

Previous warehouse experience is essential. Experience in picking, loading/unloading, stock handling or chilled warehouse operations would be particularly beneficial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Picking orders accurately using voice-picking technology

• Loading and unloading inbound and outbound vehicles

• Stock rotation and checking product date codes

• Meeting productivity and accuracy targets

• Following warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines

• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

• Replenishing stock and materials as required

• Supporting general warehouse operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous warehouse experience – ESSENTIAL

Ability to start work at 06:00PM – ESSENTIAL

Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment

Available to work weekends as part of the shift pattern

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Good communication and basic numeracy skills

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Able to work independently and as part of a team

PAY RATES – PAID WEEKLY!

Day Rates (04:00–18:00)

• Monday–Friday: £12.71/hr

• Overtime after 40 hours: £19.07/hr

• Saturday: £15.89/hr

• Sunday: £19.07/hr

• Bank Holidays: £25.42/hr

Night Rates (18:00–04:00)

• Monday–Friday: £15.63/hr

• Overtime after 40 hours: £21.99/hr

• Saturday: £18.81/hr

• Sunday: £21.99/hr

• Bank Holidays: £28.34/hr

Pay rates depend on the days and hours worked.
