About the role:

We are looking to recruit a new team of passionate Children’s Support Workers to work in the Sussex area.

The role of a Children’s Support Worker provides the opportunity to support children within their family homes and in daily activities. This includes interacting with them and enabling them to live their best lives by exploring new activities such as going to the park, swimming, scouts, and more!

Our clients have various complex health and learning needs, often supported with clinical equipment (such as PEG feeds, tracheostomy care). We will provide full specialist clinical training and ongoing support overseen by the Paediatric Team. The role also involves supporting with personal care, moving and handling, and medication management.

When you’ll be working:

  • Shifts vary depending on the package
  • Morning, afternoon, evening, long day, and waking night shifts available
  • Part-time or full-time positions
