Job summary

Keys Care provides safe, supportive homes for children and young people with complex needs. This role involves supporting emotional, physical and social development, accompanying to appointments and school, and helping with daily routines in a residential setting.

You will deliver personal care, maintain a clean, safe home, complete reports, and contribute to safeguarding practices. Sleep-in allowances and extensive benefits accompany the role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Manual Driving License - Essential.
  • Experience supporting children and young people desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support with household tasks and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

JOB ROLE:

Support Worker - Children's Residential Home.

LOCATION:

Please note, you will need to hold a Full UK Driving License as this role is based in Shrewsbury.

HOURS:

39 per week (including overnights) + up to £6000 sleep-in allowance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Full UK Manual Driving License - Essential.
