Liverpool Family Help utilizes a strength-based approach to provide empowering interventions to children and families, addressing emerging worries and fostering positive change for improved long-term outcomes of children and young people. As the lead professional, you will coordinate support with our multi-agency partners to ensure a whole family approach is taken to meet the identified needs of the family. We are seeking to recruit an Outreach Family Support Worker to undertake Family Help assessments, create support plans, and chair Team Around the Family meetings to review progress and identify additional support needs. The role involves direct work with children and young people to explore their views and worries, ensuring that interventions help improve their outcomes.
