Freedom Care is seeking a Children’s Support Worker in Ferndown to provide 1:1 support for a young child within a CQC-regulated care package. The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:30pm–3:30pm, with an ASAP start and £18 per hour. You will help promote confidence, emotional wellbeing and positive daily experiences at home and in the community.
You’ll work closely with the family to follow care plans, manage routines and support the child’s learning and development in various settings.
