Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We are looking for a Children’s Support Worker at our young client's home in Rainham.

When you'll be working:

  • Evenings 3pm-7pm
  • 3 days a week
  • 12 hours a week
  • Alternate Saturdays (10am-3pm)

What you'll be doing:

This role involves supporting our young client with complex health needs in his family home after school, including personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.

No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
