We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Workers to join our caring and professional team in Lancashire. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a service that puts the needs of children and young people first.

About the Role:

  1. Provide emotional and practical support to children in residential care setting
  2. Help young people with daily routines including education, leisure activities, and personal care
  3. Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a role model
  4. Manage challenging behaviour in a calm and therapeutic way
  5. Participate in shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience working with children or young people (residential care, CAMHS, education, youth work, etc.)
  2. 6 months UK based experience is essential
  3. A genuine commitment to safeguarding and child development
  4. Resilience, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
