A child care support organization in West Sussex is seeking Support Workers to provide trauma informed care and support to young people. Responsibilities include engaging with children, flexible working hours, and providing personal care. Applicants must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent and possess strong resilience and empathy.
