Job Title: Children’s Social Worker – Safeguarding

Location: Birmingham

Rate: £33.30 per hour

A Children’s Social Worker is required to join Birmingham’s Safeguarding Service. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing cases including Child in Need and Child Protection, conducting visits, assessments, and meetings.
  • Organising and chairing meetings with professionals and families.
  • Presenting cases in Child Protection and CLA reviews.
  • Involvement in court work and handling Public Law Outline (PLO) cases, ensuring all legal procedures are followed.

Qualifications and Experience:
