As a Social Worker on the MASH Team, you will be

• Working in a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub with Police, Health, Education, Early Help, and Probation
• Providing advice to professionals and handling referrals as a ‘first point of contact’
• Screening referrals and recommending intervention levels
• Advising professionals when information does not require a referral or social work response
• Supporting colleagues through critical discussions to ensure appropriate recommendations
• Acting promptly on child protection concerns

Requirements for the Social Worker role include:

• Holding a Social Work England registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Holding a full UK driving license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
