An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Childrens Social Worker for their Leaving Care Team in Ellesmere Port. We are recruiting social workers to join our Leaving Care Team (Supporting Independence Team) in our permanency hub, working with looked after children across Cheshire West and Chester. The role involves working with young people aged 15 to 25, supporting them through care planning and pathway planning to develop independent living skills. Experience in assessment, pathway planning, and working with teenagers and young adults is required. Knowledge of Dols and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children is advantageous but not essential.
Candidates should be at least 2 years post-qualified with proven experience in quality case work and working openly with children, families, and partner agencies.
