As a Social Worker on the Children with Disabilities Team you will be:

• Responsible for undertaking assessments for children with disabilities and complex needs.
• Leading plans for children with disabilities and complex needs.
• Responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and reviewing of plans within multi-agency meetings relating to the assessed complex needs of children, young people, and their families.
• Developing effective working partnerships with families, carers, and significant others.

As a Social Worker you are required to:

• Hold a Social Work England registration.
• Be eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK license.
• Have post-qualified experience.
• Possess a degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
