• Support children under a child in need plan and child protection plan.
• Provide long-term support for children in care and adoption.

Job description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The team will be the safe and supported teams which focus on long term support for children under a child in need plan, child protection plan, children that are in our care and adoption.
