Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to manage a complex caseload, including:

Child and Family Assessments

Child in Need

Child Protection

Care Proceedings through to permanence

This role involves lead practitioner responsibilities (not line management) and requires working collaboratively with other social workers.

Key Requirements:

Must be a driver with access to a car

Clean DBS required

Working Arrangements:

Office-based during duty weeks

Hybrid working (e.g., one WFH day or compressed hours) negotiable on non-duty weeks, depending on team needs
