Job Title: Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team
Rate: £33.30 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join Coventry’s Children with Disabilities Service. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking assessments for children with disabilities and complex needs. You will lead plans for children with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring the implementation, monitoring, and reviewing of these plans within multi-agency meetings. Developing effective working partnerships with families, carers, and significant others is key to this role.
