Childrens Social Worker Cared for team #000A29541

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

We are seeking experienced social workers to join our Cared for Children’s Service.

The service manages cases where a child or young person has a permanent care plan, ensuring their placement needs are met with minimal disruption. We support children and young people to understand their journey, helping them heal from past experiences. Our goal is to maintain long-term relationships, providing care and support that foster a sense of belonging and stability for children exiting care proceedings. We collaborate with partners to create a supportive network for children and carers.

Please note this is a Long Term Temporary position starting ASAP.
