Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £29,919 - £32,312 (including sleep-in allowance)

Your Day-to-Day

Engage children through various activities, including cooking, sports, music, and crafts, providing structure, fun, and emotional support.

Work within a supportive team of 6, with guidance from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts, all dedicated to helping children find brighter futures.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Children: In care, education, or similar settings, bringing passion and energy.
• Enthusiasm & Resilience: Eager to make a difference and handle challenges positively.
• Qualifications: Working towards or holding a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
