Our children’s home in Romiley provides residential and respite Care for Children and Young People with Complex Care Needs, Learning Difficulties and Autism. The Together Trust is one of the North West’s leading charities, offering individual care, support, and education to hundreds of children, young people, and adults each year. We are a not-for-profit charitable trust, so every penny goes back into benefiting the people that we support. Our mission is to champion the rights, needs and ambitions of the people we support, working together for change. Whether helping people live independently or creating spaces to learn, work, and play, you'll ensure adults with disabilities or complex health needs can thrive in their communities. You will work in a caring home environment with the team and the Registered Manager, supporting children and young people and giving their parents and siblings a break. The hours are 37.5 per week over 5 shifts on a rota, including weekends. The annual salary is £24,700 plus biennial increments, with additional weekend premiums and sleep-in payments.
